Many organizations measure weekly or monthly to maintain a consistent pulse on team wellbeing. Regular measurement helps you spot trends early and respond quickly to changes. A good rule of thumb is to match the measurement rhythm to your team meetings. If most teams meet weekly, the Pro plan is likely to be a good fit. If teams meet less frequently, a monthly rhythm with the Essential plan may work better.

Protecting employee trust is essential, so individual scores are never shared with others. Group scores are only shown when at least three responses are received. This ensures individual responses remain anonymous while still providing meaningful insight. Free text responses are attributed to the user who shared them and so are clearly marked as public in the question flow.

Participants can see their own scores, their team’s scores, and aggregated results higher up the team hierarchy up to the aggregated score for all users in your account. Your organization can select advanced users who can access additional reports and aggregated scores across teams, provided the minimum response threshold is met. Whether free text responses are visible only at the team level or to the wider organization is determined by your organization's settings.
