Why is the Free Team only up to 11 people?

We consider 11 to be the upper limit for most teams. In sports such as Football (Soccer) and Cricket a team is 11 people. Sports with larger “teams” tend to split into special functions such as forwards and backs (Rugby) or offensive and defense (American Football). In Essential you can have multiple teams and teams larger than 11.

Do I have to provide a credit card to start using Essential?

Yes, but we won’t charge you until the end of the month. If you’re not happy for any reason, simply cancel within the first 30 days and you won’t be charged.

Can I have expert support if we are less than 100 people?

Yes. We can offer expert support at an extra cost. Please speak to our sales team for more information.

Can I have a discount for an annual contract on Essential?

Yes. Please contact us for a quote.

If we grow, how do you charge us for extra users?

On Essential we charge one month in arrears and simply use your maximum number of users in the last month. For annual contracts we invoice quarterly for extra licenses.

Do you offer discounts for large organizations, not-for-profit or educational institutions?

How secure is my data?
